LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Police say a man working as security for a bar lied to police about firing his gun during a shooting and tried to conceal the evidence.
Dachareon K. Johnson, 25, was working at a bar on Oak Street on November 25, 2015, when shots were fired toward the building, according to police records. Police say Johnson returned fire but later told officers that he had not fired his gun.
Video surveillance shows him collecting and hiding shell casings after the shooting, police say.
Johnson is charged with tampering with physical evidence. He was arraigned on Thursday.
