On the morning of December 30, 2015, police say Bartley approached a clerk at the Feeders Supply store in Holiday Manor, said he had a gun and demanded the cash.
Metro police say Bartley was linked to the robbery because of a latent print he left at the store.
Bartley is being held at Louisville Metro Corrections on one count of robbery. His bond was set at $10,000 cash.
