Teenager hit by vehicle at school bus stop in Park Hill

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A 13-year-old is recovering after being hit by a vehicle in the Park Hill neighborhood Monday morning.
It happened at about 7:30 a.m. near the intersection of 13th and Hill Streets.

The 13-year-old was taken to Kosair Children's Hospital for treatment, according to Louisville Metro police. The extent of the victim's injuries is unknown at this time.
A spokesperson for JCPS told WAVE 3 News a bus stop is located at the same place the crash happened. Police tape was already up when the bus driver arrived.
No additional information has been released.
