HARDIN COUNTY, KY (WAVE) – Crystal methamphetamine, handguns and cash found inside of a vehicle led to several charges for a Hardin County man.
Greater Hardin County Narcotics Task Force said an investigation led them to search Eric Keeling, 36, on Monday.
While searching Keeling's vehicle authorities recovered ¼ pound of crystal meth, a fully loaded SKS rifle, two loaded handguns and approximately $800 cash.
Police said the seized crystal meth had a street value of $11,000.
Keeling is charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, receiving stolen property (firearm) and knowingly/fraudulently use ID card or elect code for benefits.
Investigators said additional arrests are expected in the case.
