LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Take a step into the roaring 20's with Frazier History Museum's Speakeasy Series.
Guests can learn swing dancing; enjoy live jazz featuring powerhouse singer Carly Johnson, Greg Walker, and friends; explore bourbon cocktails and even get a 1920's hair style.
Carly Johnson is easily one of the most talented vocalists in town.
Though versatile, Johnson is known for breathing new life into jazz favorites - which you may have heard on the album, It's Pretty Standard, with guitar virtuoso Craig Wagner.
Johnson sat down with Kyle Meredith on The Setlist to talk inspiration and what's ahead in 2016. Watch the interview in the video above.
The next Speakeasy Series is Thursday, Feb. 18 from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at the Frazier History Museum (829 W Main St).
Tickets for the 21 and over event are $15. Museum members get a $5 discount.
