Suspect in January business robbery arrested

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - The woman wanted in connection with the armed robbery of a Crescent Hill business has been arrested.

Laura Louise Carrier, 52, was taken into custody by Louisville Metro police on March 1. In an effort to identify their suspect LMPD had released surveillance photos taken during the robbery.

Metro police say Carrier entered the Cash Express at 2402 Brownsboro Road around 4 p.m. January 6 armed with a knife and demanded the cash.

Carrier was booked at Louisville Metro Corrections on one count of robbery and was scheduled to be arraigned this morning. Her bond has been set at $10,000 cash.
