LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A man is charged with sexually abusing a woman who was waiting in line at an undisclosed Louisville restaurant on Sunday.

According to an arrest report, Alfred Lee Busby, 36, "inserted his fingers into (the victim's) anal cavity via her sweatpants and penetrated and assaulted it with his digits."

Police said the victim turned around and hit the suspect with an umbrella.

The arrest report states Busby ran toward East Liberty Street and into the Wayside Day Shelter, from which he had been permanently banned.

Busby was arrested and charged with first-degree sexual abuse and criminal trespassing.

Police said Busby was cited by University of Louisville Security earlier in the day after terrorizing a woman by unlawfully entering and staying inside her vehicle while the victim was on the passenger side.
