LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - The Hermitage Grand Gala is now going to be called the Hermitage Derby Toast Presented by Vanity Fair and Longines.
Invitations went out on Wednesday for the invite-only event to be held at 21c Museum Hotel in downtown Louisville on Oaks night. Guests will not be charged to attend.
"You know Vanity Fair parties are known worldwide for being really special, especially after the Oscars," 21c co-founder Steve Wilson said. "So this is an exciting turn of events for us."

As WAVE 3 News has previously reported, Wilson had already decided to move his Oaks night gala from his farm in Goshen to 21c. He said Vanity Fair was eyeing his high-end boutique hotel for the party, so it decided to join forces.
Wilson said actor Adrian Grenier, of Entourage fame, will be there along with the band he represents -- The Skins. DJ Cassidy will be making a return to the Hermitage event.
As far as other celebrities, Wilson said, "You never know who will be there."
About 350 guests are expected to be in attendance for the cocktail attire event. The executive chef of Proof on Main, Mike Wajda, will be in charge of the food. Red carpet arrivals are scheduled to begin at 8 p.m.
Other sponsors include Porsche Cars North America and Woodford Reserve.
"It is a wonderful honor to have companies with such rich history come to Louisville's 21c Museum Hotel and celebrate Kentucky's horse racing tradition," Wilson said.
As for that question "how can I get an invite?"
Wilson laughed and said, "That's actually an interesting question that I can't help with anymore."
