Undercover detectives had arranged the prostitution deal by responding to an ad on the website backpage.com. Police said Napier brought the female juvenile to the hotel to perform sexual activities with the undercover officer.

In addition to the human trafficking charges both are facing, Napier is also charged with possession of controlled substances and possession of marijuana.

Bond for both Napier and Logsdon was set at $2,500 cash. They will be back in court May 16.
