LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - The man charged with firing shots at Louisville Metro police officers has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Tracell Nunn, 27, of Paducah, was brought into court in a wheelchair to arraigned on charges of attempted murder of a police officer.

The shots were fired during a traffic stop of a vehicle for expired plates around 10:25 p.m. May 9 on Kramers Lane near Matthews Ave. Nunn, who was in the back seat of the car, fled on foot and reportedly fired two shots at police before running into a wooded area.
Nunn was later arrested with the help of a K-9 unit. He was taken to University of Louisville Hospital for treatment of a dog bite before being booked into Louisville Metro Corrections.
Paducah police were seeking Nunn as one of three men involved in the April 16 murder of a 46 year old man.
