Louisville man headed to prison 4 years after shooting neighbor

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A Louisville man is going to prison for shooting his neighbor to death four years ago.
Mark Tatum was convicted of murder in the death of David Allen in 2012.

At the time of the shooting, Allen's family told WAVE 3 News the two were arguing over Tatum not maintaining his property.
The men both lived on Gagel Avenue near Iroquois Park.

The jury recommended Tatum be sentenced to 35 years.
