Scottsville man charged with murdering 7-year-old back in court

SCOTTSVILLE, IN (WAVE) - The man charged with murdering a girl at football game was back in court Wednesday.
Timothy Madden, who is charged with murdering 7-year-old Gabbi Doolin, is facing the death penalty.

Wednesday was the first time that Madden had been in front of a judge in six months. During the hearing, the defense received hundreds of pages as paperwork as evidence of Doolin's murder.
Doolin was abducted at a football game last November and was found dead in a creek 30 minutes later.
