West Louisville celebrated

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - The 36th annual West Louisville Appreciation Festival took place Saturday at Shawnee Park.

The festival, which annually highlights the community of West Louisville, began Saturday with a Police & Athletes Youth Empowerment 5K run.
