LMPD searching for man accused of robbing pharmacy

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – The Louisville Metro Police Department's Robbery Unit is asking for help to identify a man suspected of robbing a pharmacy.

The suspect entered the Life Care Pharmacy, located at 1502 South Seventh Street, on June 29 and approached the counter, according to police. He then pulled out a note demanding prescription pills and indicated he was armed.

After the suspect was given pills he left on foot.

No injuries were reported.

The suspect is described as being 6' tall and weighing 150 pounds. Police estimate he is between 25 to 35 years old.
