Starting Sunday, parents will be able to dial 485-RIDE (485-7433) to speak with a JCPS team member who will be able to provide information about their child's bus number and find stops closest to their houses. Families may also use the online JCPS Bus Finder tool located on the back-to-school section of the JCPS homepage.

"More than 70,000 students ride a JCPS bus every day, making our transportation system one of the most robust and utilized school bus services in the country," JCPS Superintendent Dr. Donna Hargens said in a press release. "Given the volume of use and the importance of our bus system to JCPS families, we want to make it as easy as possible for parents to get the information they need to ensure a smooth ride to school for their child."
