LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Crittenden Drive was closed at Woodlawn Avenue Monday morning after a two-vehicle crash that killed one person.

Louisville Metro Police Department spokeswoman Alicia Smiley said Sixth Division officers and the LMPD Traffic Unit responded to Old Park Boulevard near Woodlawn just after 4:30 a.m.

Preliminary reports indicate a minivan and a box truck crashed head-on into each other, Smiley said. The woman driving the minivan was killed. She is believed to have been the only person inside the minivan.
