College GameDay Guest Picker: WAVE 3 News' Facebook fans have spoken

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - The results are in.
In a very informal poll, we asked our Facebook fam who they'd like to see fill the role of the secret guest picker on Saturday's "College GameDay" on ESPN.
The popular college football pregame show is making its first-ever trip to Louisville ahead of Saturday's matchup between ACC rivals Florida State and Louisville.
The closing segment of the show each week features a celebrity with local ties joining the "GameDay" crew on set, offering picks for the day's top games. The identity of the guest picker is usually a mystery until late in the show.
Our Facebook fans on Monday selected former UofL star and current Minnesota Viking Teddy Bridgewater. The third-year quarterback blew out his knee two weeks and had surgery last week. He's out for the season and because of that, hopeful UofL fans figured Bridgewater might be able to make the trip. But since his Vikings open their brand new stadium Sunday against rival Green Bay, his availability seems unlikely.

Next on the list was Louisville native and Hollywood A-lister Jennifer Lawrence. Former UofL football coach Howard Schnellenberger finished third in the voting.
Others who received multiple votes included former UofL football player and ESPN personality Tom Jackson, UofL basketball coach Rick Pitino, UofL and Olympic gold medal-winning swimmer Kelsi Worrell, former Cards basketball coach Denny Crum, actor Samuel L. Jackson and "America's Got Talent" finalists Linkin' Bridge.
Some of the Facebook commenters wanted to have fun at the expense of UofL fans and voted for Katina Powell, the woman whose tell-all memoir about sex for money in a UofL dorm rocked the school's basketball program last year.
Others who received one vote included Pat Day, Paul Hornung and even American Pharoah, among others.
The No. 2 Seminoles and No. 10 Cards match 2-0 records at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium at noon.
