According to a release sent to local news media Wednesday morning, a 17-year-old used a 13-year-old's phone to call a McDonald's in Madison on Tuesday. The call was made from Hanover, Ind., the release said.

The restaurant was evacuated and locked down while multiple law-enforcement agencies searched the building and found nothing.

The 17-year-old told police "he made the bomb threat as a prank."

He's now charged with intimidation, and the Jefferson County (Ind.) Prosecutor's Office is further reviewing the case.
