3 shot in the Russell neighborhood
LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Louisville Metro police are investigating after three people were shot in the Russell neighborhood.
The shootings were reported near 10th and Magazine Streets at 8:05 p.m., according to MetroSafe.
Louisville Metro Police Department spokesman Dwight Mitchell said all of the victims were shot in the leg.

The victims were taken to University of Louisville Hospital for treatment. Mitchell said their injuries appeared to be non-life threatening.
Police said a man fled the area on foot following the shootings.
