WANTED: Jeffersonville police looking for bank robber

JEFFERSONVILLE, IN (WAVE) - Police in Jeffersonville are looking for the man who robbed a bank on Monday morning.
It happened at about 10:20 a.m. at the New Washington State Bank in the Youngstown Shopping Center.
The man entered the bank, showed a handgun to the teller and demanded money. He got away with cash before police arrived.

The suspect is described as black, 5'6" and 160-165 pounds. During the robbery, he was wearing a clear poncho with a white shirt and gray sweatpants, along with sunglasses and a hat with the letter "D" on it.
