LMPD investigating early morning shooting

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - The Louisville Metro Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred early Saturday morning.
Officers were called to a shooting around 1:30 a.m. Saturday in the 7300 block of Southside Drive. When police arrived, they found a man who was shot in the chest.

The man was taken to University Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The LMPD Major Crimes Unit is investigating.
No suspects have been arrested. If anyone has any information, they're asked to call 574-LMPD.
