LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A motorcyclist died after a crash in southwest Louisville.
The crash was reported at the intersection of Terry and Raggard Roads around 4:50 p.m. Monday, according to Louisville Metro police.
LMPD spokesman Dwight Mitchell said a preliminary investigation showed the motorcyclist was going southbound on Terry Road when he collided with a silver Toyota attempting to turn left onto Raggard Road.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
The name of the victim has not been released. Mitchell said the motorcyclist was wearing a helmet.
The LMPD Traffic Unit is continuing to investigate the crash.
