LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A group of pastors gathered Saturday for a discussion on race and the church.

The panel at Spirit Filled New Life Church Ministries included religious leaders from across WAVE Country discussing how churches can help to heal divisions.

"To be able to come together and join our voices, to show the variety of perspectives that exist and yet how we can come together to do something solid towards race relations," said Rev. Kilen Gray, a pastor at New Mt. Zion Baptist Church. "And no matter what the nation is going through right now, if the church can come together and have dialogue, then we lead other people, hopefully, to have the same type of dialogue that we're having here today."
