Police: Alleged drunk driver, who hit and killed 3, surrenders

GREENE COUNTY, IN (WAVE) - A drunk driver, who killed three, has turned himself in.
Mason William Hartke, 19, turned himself into Greene County authorities Saturday morning.
Hartke was charged with 3 counts of operating while intoxicated with a BAC greater than .08 causing death and 3 counts of reckless homicide.
Hartke is accused of driving drunk southbound on I-69 early Sunday morning and crashing into a car stopped on the side of the road killing David, Ruth, and Sophie Rinehart.

Josie Rinehart, who was in the car with her family, was taken to the hospital with cuts and bruises.
Hartke got a fractured arm in the crash.
Hartke's bond has been set at $60,000.
