Bardstown home owned by Brooks Houck catches fire



BARDSTOWN, KY (WAVE) - Fire heavily damaged a home owned by Brooks Houck in Bardstown on Wednesday morning.
The woman renting the home and her three children were gone when the fire started, according to The Kentucky Standard.
Firefighters found flames and smoke coming from the back of the house when they arrived. They have not yet determined what caused the fire.

Brooks Houck has been named a suspect in the disappearance of his girlfriend Crystal Rogers.
Rogers' father was shot and killed while hunting on Saturday. Investigators have not yet determined the circumstances of Ballard's death.
Police served a search warrant on the property following the fire. It's unknown if they found anything of interest.
