BOYLE COUNTY, KY (WAVE) - A teenage girl, charged in connection with her step-mothers death and then stealing her car faced a judge on Tuesday morning.

Jenna Oakley, 15, is charged with complicity to commit murder in the death of Rhonda Oakley.

Nigh later died at a hospital after attempting suicide.

Oakley's father, Phillip, says this is only the second time he's seen his daughter since she was arrested and charged with his wife's murder. Oakley has also been outspoken, saying his daughter is a monster and deserves the maximum punishment.

"Jenna deserves everything she gets," said Phillip Oakley. "And I don't know I just have no remorse for whatever happens to Jenna. I'll never get to see my wife again"

Jenna Oakley pled not guilty in court on Tuesday. She's due back in court in January.
