LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A man who admitted setting fire to his apartment has appeared before a judge.
Robert B. Donahue, 56, of Louisville, is charged with one count of arson.
Firefighters were called to Venus Place Apartments at 7320 Southside Drive at 4:30 p.m. December 27. In the arrest report, Louisville Metro Arson Bureau investigators said Donahue admitted to setting the fire.
A not guilty plea was entered by District Court Judge Sara Michael Nicholson during Donahue's arraignment and he was appointed a public defender to represent him.
Bond was set at $5,000 cash. Donahue was ordered to stay away from the apartment complex.
