1 killed, 1 critically injured in Hardin County crash

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Kentucky State Police are investigating a fatal Hardin County crash.
Around 2:23 p.m. Monday, KSP said they were called to the scene of a two-vehicle crash on KY 210 Hodgenville Road in Hardin County.
Judy Summers, 76, was traveling east on KY 210 in a 2002 Toyota Avalon when she crossed the center line of the roadway and struck Helen Bartley, 57, who was traveling west in a 2007 Toyota Yaris, KSP explained.

Bartley was pronounced dead at the scene by the Hardin County Coroner's Office.
Summers was airlifted to University of Louisville Hospital in critical condition according to troopers.
KY 210 Hodgenville Road was shut down for around 2 hours while KSP Troopers reconstructed the accident.
The crash remains under investigation.
