LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A Louisville family is thanking first responders for saving two furry family members from a Tuesday morning house fire.
Crews were called to a home in Valley Station around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. When they arrived, they found two dogs inside the home.
The dogs were rescued by PRP firefighters, who then rendered aid to the dogs.
They were then checked out by a vet who said they were fine.
No one else was inside the home when the fire started.
