A Helpful Hint When Planning Funeral Arrangements

Communication is the first step toward understanding.

If you are not a good note-taker and want to listen carefully to the sales counselor, have another person in the room take notes and jot down questions they think of during the conference. Or obtain an audio cassette tape player and tape record the entire conversation. That way, both you and the funeral prearrangement counselor have a permanent record of exactly what information was discussed. Review the tape as often as necessary to make certain you're aware of what is and perhaps isn't contained in your written agreement.
