We're not like large fitness facilities that use traditional weights and cardio equipment.  Body Benefits L.L.C. is spa-like environment that offers a kinder more accommodating form of exercise.  Our supervised personal fitness programs utilize a low to moderate intensity exercise program that is a safer, smoother, and creates less impact on your joints.

Our fitness counselors partner with you to design a plan that works for you - a program unlike any other that inspires personal growth through improved fitness and well-being, all the while fostering an attitude that will give you the greatest possibility of achieving your goals.

We start with a thorough fitness assessment, and then begin a weekly program that focuses on increasing overall strength, mobility, and tone.  Trained fitness counselors work with you step-by-step to help you reach your goal safely and effectively all the while providing you with the exercise education you need to succeed.
