LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A pair of polls released September 8 looking at the race for Kentucky's next senator show different results.

The Rasmussen Reports poll shows Republican Rand Paul, the Bowling Green eye surgeon, taking 54% of the vote while Democrat Attorney General Jack Conway pulls in 39%.
   
However, a new CNN/Time poll shows a different story. It has Paul and Conway tied, each with 46% of the vote.
