Daycare evacuated after reports of gas smell

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - An east Louisville daycare was evacuated Wednesday morning, because of a possible gas leak.
Workers at the Kids Academy on Shelbyville Road near Lake Forest, smelled gas and called the fire department around 8:30 a.m.
Middletown fire crews evacuated the building so they could clear the air. A school bus was brought in so the children would not have to be in the cold.
The all clear has now been given and the students were taken back inside.
