Georgetown teacher accused of sexually abusing students

GEORGETOWN, KY (WAVE) - A middle school substitute teacher was arrested over the weekend and charged with sexually abusing two students.

Police say Edwin Casper, 66, was working as a substitute teacher at Royal Spring Middle School in Georgetown, Kentucky on Friday when the alleged abuse of two female students occurred.

Casper was arrested at his Bagdad home in Shelby County.

He is charged with sexual abuse of a minor under the age of 16.
