Condominium catches fire, one injured

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Crews responded after a condominium complex caught fire.
According to MetroSafe, Louisville Fire and Rescue crews responded to a report of an apartment fire around 4:15 p.m. Thursday in the 500 block of Zorn Avenue.
When crews arrived at the Salem Square Condominiums heavy smoke and fire appeared to be coming out of one or two condos in the building.
Crews were able to gain control of the fire after about 25 minutes.
One person suffered minor burns and was transported to an area hospital.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
