Man accused of abusing 5-year-old nephew after boy sets apartment on fire

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A Louisville man is accused of striking his 5-year-old nephew with a belt after the boy set his uncle's apartment on fire, according to Metro police.
William C. Kinsey's arrest report says the boy suffered visible injuries on his chest, back and head.
There was no word on whether Kinsey's apartment was damaged.
Kinsey, who is 28 years old, is charged with criminal abuse.
