Man wanted for firing into apartment, shooting woman arrested

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A man who was wanted for a shooting in Clarksville is behind bars in Louisville.
Metro police arrested 47-year-old David Booher at a rooming house on Shelby Street on the morning of Aug. 27. He was arrested on a felony theft charge out of Clark County.

According to police, Booher shot into a home in the 200 block of Montgomery in Clarksville on Aug. 25. A woman inside the apartment was shot in the stomach. She was taken to a hospital and is expected to recover.
Booher will be extradicted to Clark County to face charges in the shooting.
