According to the Louisville Metro Arson Bureau, Texas was spotted outside the apartment of his brother on July 15 beating on the door and creating a disturbance. A neighbor said Texas was also beating on her door during the approximately 90 minutes he was there.
The neighbor asked Texas to leave and threatened to call police when he refused. Texas had left by the time officers arrived.
The following day, the neighbor found several items on the outside of her apartment damaged and the wreath on the apartment door where the brother of Texas lived had been set on fire. The neighbor said she heard a smoke detector going off while Texas was outside the apartments. She also said Texas had been smoking cigars from an ashtray in the yard.
Texas is scheduled to be arraigned on December 19 at Louisville Metro Corrections.
