LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Village Green unveiled its new model apartment and new plans for the 800 Tower City Apartments, which it purchased in July.

After renovations are complete the Fourth Street high-rise, which was built in 1963, will have 286 luxury apartments and penthouses, according to a press release.

Also according to the release, many of the apartment floor plans are complete while the completion of the Sky Club and Sky Park are on schedule for early winter 2016. The 29th Floor Sky Club will boast a bar, fireplace, gourmet kitchen and terrace. The Rooftop Sky Park will feature a swimming pool, fire pit and panoramic views of the city.

An on-site restaurant will also soon be announced.
