Beechmont area apartment building damaged in fire

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Units in one apartment building in the Beechmont area were damaged by fire Monday afternoon.
The fire was reported at 1:47 p.m. in a building of the Meadowood Apartments, located in the 300 block of Meadowood Court just off Southside Drive.

Louisville Fire & Rescue crews had control of the fire in 20 minutes. No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
