1 dead after shooting in Russell neighborhood

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – One person died after being shot in the Russell neighborhood on Halloween night.
The shooting was reported at 28th and West Market Streets around 8:05 p.m. Monday, according to MetroSafe.

Louisville Metro Police Department spokesman Officer Lamont Washington said the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
No suspect information was released.
