Water rescue simulated on Belle

Law enforcement officers from several agencies boarded the Belle of Louisville for a simulated onboard rescue Monday.

National Boat Operations Instructor Felix Hensley said Kentuckiana is leading the way in regard to training to respond to large-scale emergencies.

A grant from the City of Jeffersonville helped pay for the program.
