Animal statues outside closed Highlands restaurant moved
LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - More of the iconic pieces that decorated Lynn's Paradise Cafe have been moved following the sale of the business and property.
The colorful concrete animals headed to their new homes in parks and other businesses in the surrounding neighborhoods.

Lynn Winter, owner of the restaurant, abruptly closed the restaurant in January 2013 and said the sale was due to her health. Winter said she's happy that part of the legacy will live on in Louisville.
"Although I wish more than anything I could have kept the restaurant going. Um, I had to make the decision at the time I made it," Winter said.
A Nashville area development group bought the property for $1.5 million, but has not announced its plans for the site.
