Man gunned down in west end parking lot

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Homicide detectives are investigating after a man was fatally shot in the west end overnight. It happened about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday in the parking lot of a local bar at 26th and Cedar.
The victim has been identified as 52-year-old Ricardo Washburn. So far, police have not released any information on a possible suspect or motive.
