Coroner identifies 17-year-old found shot multiple times inside crashed car

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - A teen was found shot inside a crashed car in the California neighborhood Friday afternoon.
Louisville police said around 2:45 p.m., officers were called to the intersection of West Kentucky Street and Salem Avenue where they found a car crashed into a tree. Inside, they found the driver who had been shot multiple times. He was taken to UofL Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The Jefferson County Coroner identified him as 17-year-old Robert Sarver, Jr., of Louisville.
