Man dies after head-on crash near Salem, Ind.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - A man is dead after a head-on crash in southern Indiana on Dec. 15.
Indiana State Police said the crash happened around 9:45 a.m. on State Road 135 between Purlee Road and Vincennes Trail Road, which is around five miles south of Salem.
Police said their initial investigation showed 65-year-old Donald Floyd, of Pekin, was driving south on SR135 when his car crossed the centerline and hit another vehicle.
Floyd was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other driver drove his own vehicle to the hospital to be checked out for minor injuries, according to ISP.
No one else was reported injured.
ISP continues to investigate. Toxicology reports are pending.
