LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - The town of Palmyra, Indiana, is under a boil water advisory, officials announced Tuesday afternoon.
The town’s utility clerk said contractors hit a water hydrant, causing little to no water pressure for Palmyra water customers. Currently, all water customers within the town limits and north of the Palmyra Library, going east to Kiesler Road, are on a boil water advisory.
The clerk said samples are being run to the lab, and customers will be updated once more information is available.
