Taylor said Snyder died of multiple injuries secondary to steel cable driven pulley system industrial mishap.
This is not the first time someone has died at the plant. In February 2014, Felipe Mata-Fiscaya, 37, died of multiple blunt force injuries after falling 60 feet down an elevator shaft. Mata-Fiscaya was a temporary worker with a cleaning service out of Alabama called Personal Touch.
