Hardin County Schools offers pay raise to recruit new bus drivers

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Hardin County Schools is hoping to attract more bus drivers with a pay raise.

The district will be paying drivers an extra $2 per hour, meaning a first-year driver will make more than $20 per hour.

The district is also hosting training classes for new drivers.
